From scattered websites to usable data
I built Python scrapers that discovered prospects, extracted and validated data, and passed it into outreach systems.
Models ran on Google-hosted infrastructure. I connected the workflows with HubSpot, n8n and Lemlist, and owned development, debugging and implementation.

Carry the work through to adoption
I led school rollouts, onboarding and teacher training, then used feedback and usage data to improve adoption.
Commercial result
Outreach automation helped grow monthly sales approximately 8.5× across the two businesses. Outbound’s revenue share rose from 4% to over one-third in one company and 47% in the other.
A new AI use case
I packaged EditStock’s film library for model training and closed two major deals with AI companies.
05TUTOR PLATFORM
An early AI product, from R&D to launch
I led R&D and product development for a language-proficiency chatbot, contributing to ML research and neural-network model development.
Conversation → CEFR level → strengths and gaps → course recommendation.
The artifacts show the Messenger experience; the broader product work included an iOS launch. My teaching background and published research on Grammarly informed the assessment work.

A nationwide platform needs more than software
During COVID-19, I led product for Armenia’s government LMS rollout and managed the government as our largest client.
I aligned platform capabilities with implementation, training, course-building, scheduling and support. Demos and educational sessions took the product to universities and schools across Armenia’s regions.

I turned an app idea into a working product in a few days, coordinating requirements, prototyping and engineering.
The wider workflow
Shared components, templates and AI-assisted steps helped make product development 3× faster within two months. Experimentation increased an estimated 4–5×.
